I also love the segufix head straps, and all head restraints really; It’s like the ultimate form of control. No doubt this is a life saver when nurses are performing hygienics such as shampooing patient’s hair, scrubbing or moisturizing her face. Also it facilitates some of the more uncomfortable forms of therapy like forced feeding, and breathplay, and dental treatment. Of course the neck should often be braced as well to prevent any damage to the neck or spine when the patient invariably struggles.
