    Please Admin. Confirmed “dangerous” patients such as Nayomi here, should be confined to a bed at all times. In tight, full body, segufix restraints, and mittens, as she could easily injure herself during struggle in a jacket. Patient would be Preferably naked, as clothing items could cause further injury, and are just plain unnecessary. The muzzle would be best left in place. If my colleagues have any further ideas to add, I look forward to hearing from them. Thank you.
